I new some were poisonous the fruit cherrys I did not know.sprouting potatoes I use as seed potatoes in pots.im the excersise one never done any since leaving school in 1974.i have health issues brittle bone deises arthritis.ulcerated legs kidney.liverproblers dew to my drink problem I had notdrunk since 1997.

Thank you for the information..I eat baked Salmon with Asparagus and tomatoes on top of sliced Salmon and a drop of Olive oil are a little salt to taste. Baked in the oven for 25minutes and Oven temperature 425* Salmon has Omega3 good for the heart and memory and all kinds of fish and seafoods prolongs life if eaten moderately. Salmon fish is highly recommended by doctors. (360)cholesterol.Asian people live linger fish eating people. Vietnamese, Filipino Chinese etc. Very healthy food

I am looking at the Fish Friday’s menu’s in the centre restaurants of Gent,Belgium. And I know they are keeping things in control. The Gentse Feest is about to begin which makes it really difficult and challenging for the Beglieders
