    Spot cooked food and avoid refrigerated food for a healthy body.

    • Great article. I won’t using microwave anymore. I will go back to the old fashioned way of cooking. More healthy. We didn’t have microwaves when I grew up but good homemade food from the oven and stove. Today our foods are filled with preservatives and they too cause cancer. Be sure soak your meats with Vinger and Salt in water. Everything but ground beef Especially, like chickens and turkeys. I learned this formula when I was a very young gal. The soak removes deadly bacteria or any of those tiny ones that the naked eye cannot see. It’s really purified for the food. Have a happy New Year.
