Sign #3: Changes in Urination

Kidney issues can lead to changes in urination patterns. You may notice that you urinate more frequently, especially at night. Conversely, some individuals may experience reduced urination. Changes in urine color, such as dark or foamy urine, should also raise concern.

Sign #4: High Blood Pressure

Kidneys play a vital role in regulating blood pressure. If they are not functioning correctly, it can lead to high blood pressure, which, in turn, can further damage the kidneys. Monitoring your blood pressure regularly is essential, especially if you have a family history of kidney disease.
